GPAT 2018: Registration Online On October 20 Onward. Steps To Apply

Online registration starts from 20th of October 2017, 10am onward.

GPAT or Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test 2018 is a national level entrance examination that will be held in and around third week of January 2018. Online registration starts from 20th of October 2017, 10am onward. GPAT is conducted by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on behalf of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India for admission in to M. Pharma (Master’s degree of Pharmacy) courses. GPAT scores are used by over 250 colleges, many universities and institutions also use GPAT scores to provide scholarships to eligible candidates.
GPAT is held online (Computer based) every year at around 60 centres all over India. The duration of examination is 3 hours (180 minutes). There are total of 125 multiple-choice questions each valued at 4 marks hence the total marks in GPAT is 500 marks. There is also negative marking of 1 mark for every wrong answer; negative marking is not applicable for questions that are not attempted. GPAT syllabus covers the following subjects Physical Chemistry, Physical Pharmacy, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pathophysiology, Bio pharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics, Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Anatomy, Physiology and Health Education, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Management, Pharmaceutical Jurisprudence and Dispensing & Hospital Pharmacy. Scores of GPAT are valid for one year and the candidates need to apply at various colleges and universities independently using their GPAT scores.

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) - 2018

Commencement of process will start with availability of Application Forms from 01st September 2017

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018 dates has been announced. Commencement of process will start with availability of Application Forms from 01st September 2017. The last date to submit application form is 05th October 2017. GATE 2018 Examination will be conducted on February 03rd, 04th, 10th and 11th 2018 (Saturdays and Sundays). GATE is a national-level entrance examination held for admission into Postgraduate Programmes (Master's & Doctoral - M.E., M.Tech, PhD) at IITs, IISc, IISERs and other reputed institutions. Many Govt. PSUs such as IOCL, PGCIL, NTPC, BHEL, BARC, ISRO, CSIR, DRDO and private organizations also use GATE scores for recruitment purposes. GATE is jointly administered by Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven zonal Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for Ministry for Human Resource and Development (MHRD) Govt. of India. Each year one of these institutes conduct GATE on a rotational basis, in 2018 GATE will be conducted by IIT Guwahati.

GATE is one of the most pursued after entrance examination in India. Last year around 9,00,000 candidates appeared for the examination. GATE is conducted across 197 cities of India and 6 international cities namely Addis Ababa (Ethiopia), Colombo (Sri Lanka), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Dubai (UAE), Kathmandu (Nepal) and Singapore. GATE scores are also accepted for admission in universities in Singapore and Germany. While filling the Application form candidates provide three choices for centres and they are allocated the centre accordingly. SBI PO preliminary exam results out

The State Bank of India (SBI) announced the preliminary examination results for probationary officers (PO) post on May 17, 2017. The results were announced as per schedule.

The results include subject-wise score, total marks, qualifying status, category-wise cutoff score along with the candidate’s name, category, roll number, registration number and date of birth. Although the official figures are yet to be announced, the state-owned bank had previously announced that around 50,000 candidates will be shortlisted for mains exam.

The SBI PO main exam is scheduled for June 4, 2017. Call letter for the exam will be released on May 22, 2017 and results will be declared on June 19, 2017. Post which, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear for group discussion and personal interview scheduled July 10, 2017 onwards. The final results will be announced on August 5, 2017. Selected candidates will be recruited to the post of PO/management trainee (MT).
